Personal information which you supply to us may be used in a number of ways whilst conducting of Estate Agency Sales Services, Property Auctions, Property Letting Management Services, Marketing and Financial Service Introductions. Service examples include:

How long do we keep information for?

We generally keep personal information for 7 years after our last business contact. However Alexandra West reserves the right to keep information for longer if we feel that this is in the legitimate interests of Alexandra West Sales & Lettings.

If you choose to Opt In to receiving marketing, news and industry updates from us, your details will be removed after 2 years if you do not re consent your Opt In request.
